The hotel's great staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are a decent size, above average for London. The location is very convenient and well connected, making it easy to get around. Waterloo Station is within walking distance, and if you're feeling tired, there are buses that run between the station and the hotel. The rooftop has great views and a nice atmosphere. Great value for money.

We stayed here as part of 60th celebration. Highly recommend if you get a good price. We seemed to have paid £120 more for the night compared to today’s rate. Not sure why. Lovely room and hotel.

We loved staying here! The staff was incredible and very helpful! The hotel was clean and the food was quite good, (the breakfast was excellent!) the hotel was about an 8 minute walk to “the Eye” The tube, which was close, got us to Piccadilly and Covent Gardens in no time! We would definitely stay here again! Once again, we loved the staff. Enjoy your stay! Cheers

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are well kept and clean. Good breakfast with plenty of choices both sweet and salty. The hotel is conveniently located and just 15min from Victoria station so it’s great if you are using Gatwick Airport.

We spent 5 days in London and choose H10 Waterloo for the great comments we heard from our friends who had stayed previously on various occasion. Turned out it was even better than our expectation. Location is super convenient, easy ride by bus, metro etc… Staffs are really nice, helpful in all area we have been, from the front office, to housekeeping, bar and breakfast; everyone was so engaging. The bar terrace is so nice, we had sun on top for 4 days and you can eat and drink there with a great view of the London sky line, including a 90% of the London Eye and so many iconic building We will return to H10 Waterloo on our next trip, for sure.
